Friendly staff, helpful front desk, local experience, comfortable bed, excellent rooftop dining.

Couldn't stay longer.

We were impressed with the amazing views from our room at Grand Hotel Parker's. The panoramic vistas of the city and the bay were amazing. We couldn't get enough of the fine backdrop. we highly recommend this hotel for its magnificent views.

I stayed in a hotel located in a residential area on the hills, which was close to the airport. The room was a good size and the bathroom was spacious. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast served on the terrace had a lovely view of the Bay of Naples. Additionally, The George restaurant in the hotel was exceptional.

The carpet in the room was stained and in need of replacement.

The hotel exudes luxury, with exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Solarium. the exceptional service is truly something special. the sun terrace and leisure/ TV room were perfect for enjoying downtime, and the private facilities were a true highlight. the restaurant offered in-room breakfast, and the bar/ lounge area was a great place for a drink. the buffet breakfast had a variety of items, with special diet menus available. the location advantages were evident, with amazing views across the bay.

The only minor issue was the noise from the street, especially on the first two floors. this was outweighed by everything else the hotel had to offer.

The location of the hotel was great, with fine views of the city and a convenient walking distance to major attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and spacious, with beautiful decor and comfortable beds.

The furniture and decor felt outdated and worn, which took away from the overall experience.

Perched on a hillside with sweeping views of the bay, this hotel offers a tranquil escape. The spacious rooms feature large bathrooms and attentive service adds to the overall comfort. The breakfast buffet on the rooftop terrace is a highlight, with stunning views and a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel boasts an impressive rooftop bar and restaurant, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink while taking in the breathtaking scenery.

Some parts of the hotel could benefit from minor updates to keep up with modern standards.

The view from the hotel was amazing, overlooking Naples bay. The breakfast served on the terrace had a lovely view and was good. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were great.

Not obvious to find.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury! the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and the Jacuzzi, make you feel pampered and relaxed. the service is impeccable, and the staff goes above and beyond to fulfill your every need. the breakfast is a fantastic experience, with a great selection, including special diet menus. the private facilities, such as the sun terrace and the sauna, make you feel like royalty. the location is also great, with stunning views from the restaurant and great restaurants within walking distance.

this is not unusual in a city setting and did not significantly impact the otherwise perfect experience at this venue.
